Cloudzyro hosts websites and applications for our customers, including sites on subdomains of cloudzyro.app. We do not allow our services to be used for phishing, malware, spam, fraud or any other illegal or harmful activity, and we act on every valid report.

How to report abuse

This inbox is monitored by our team. Please send one report per site where possible.

What to include

To help us act quickly, please include:

• The full URL or domain involved, for example example.cloudzyro.app
• The type of abuse (phishing, malware, spam, fraud, illegal content or other)
• When you saw it, with date, time and time zone
• Evidence such as screenshots, full email headers for spam, or log entries showing the source IP address
• Your contact details, in case we need more information

Please do not send live malware as an attachment. A link, file hash or description is enough.

What we cover

You can report abuse involving:

• Any subdomain of cloudzyro.app
• Websites and applications hosted on Cloudzyro servers
• Email sent from Cloudzyro servers
• Traffic coming from Cloudzyro IP addresses

If a site uses a custom domain, we can still act on it if it is hosted with us. If you are unsure, send the report anyway and we will check.

What happens next

We review every report. Where we confirm abuse, we may remove content, suspend the site or account, or terminate the service, depending on the severity. For urgent threats such as active phishing or malware distribution, we act as quickly as possible.

We may share relevant details of a report with the customer responsible so they can fix the problem, but we will not share your personal details without your permission unless required by law.

cloudzyro.app is used only for sites created by Cloudzyro customers. Each subdomain is operated by a separate customer and is not run or endorsed by Cloudzyro. Our own services run on cloudzyro.com.
