The short answer
Both start free and both charge $20 a month, but for different things. Vercel's Hobby plan is for personal, non-commercial use, and Pro is $20 a month per developer seat. Cloudzyro's free Launch plan allows business use, and Boost is $20 a month per site with your whole team included.
Pricing, side by side
Take a team of three working on one site. On Vercel Pro that's three developer seats, $60 a month before usage. On Cloudzyro it's one Boost site, $20 a month, however many people are on the team.
If you have many sites and one developer, the sums change: Vercel Pro is per seat, Cloudzyro is per site.
What happens when your site gets busy
Vercel's Hobby plan stops at 100 GB of transfer a month and can't buy more. Pro includes 1 TB, then charges from $0.15 per GB, with a default on-demand budget of $200 a month that you can change.
On Cloudzyro, Launch includes 100 GB of traffic a month and Boost 1 TB per site. A site that goes over is slowed down for the rest of the month, never taken offline and never charged for it. Boost sites can add 500 GB for $12 or 1 TB for $20 if they need more, and traffic Cloudflare blocks as an attack never counts.
Deploying from your AI tool
Cloudzyro connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Codex. Connect once, then ask your AI tool to put your site online: it creates the site, sends the files, follows the build and fixes what goes wrong. It can never see your secrets, delete a site or change your plan.
Vercel has its own AI app builder, v0. If you build with v0, you can still host on Cloudzyro: v0 sends your code to GitHub, and we deploy every change.
Who should choose Vercel
Vercel is a strong choice if you want its serverless functions running in many regions, preview deployments for every branch, or features of its own platform that your app depends on.
Who should choose Cloudzyro
Cloudzyro suits teams who don't want to pay per seat, businesses that want to start on a free plan, and anyone who wants a bill that doesn't grow with a traffic spike. Your site runs on our servers in London, behind Cloudflare, which serves your static files from close to your visitors. Sites have no permanent disk, so data belongs in a database such as Supabase or Neon, which you can connect in a click.
Moving from Vercel to Cloudzyro
Next.js apps run with next build and next start on Node 24, so server rendering and API routes work as they do on your computer. Connect your GitHub repository, add your environment variables in the console, then point your domain at us. Your cloudzyro.app address lets you check everything before you switch.
